How do I apply?
You can apply by submitting a completed registration form via one of the course applications on our website.
Or you can visit our office in person.
I have registered for class but not received a verification email. What can I do?
1. Make sure to check your spam inbox or the all inboxes. Sometimes our emails can get sorted into the wrong inbox.
2. If you can still not locate the email try signing up again and double check so you spelled your email address correct.
3. If none of these work please be in contact with our customer support via our contact page
How many courses can I apply for?
As many courses as you want.
How long does the application process take?
This depends on the number of applications we have to process. But if there is low traffic you can be fully registered and waiting for class within the same day as your completed application.
How do I pay for the courses?
Once your online application is complete and has been approved, our sales team will get in touch with you via your preferred mode of communication to provide different modes of payment.
Should I have done the prerequisite courses with MASSI?
No
Do you provide refunds if I am not able to attend classes before they start?
No
What if I do not want to take all components of a course?
Special request can be made while filling in the registration form. This does not guarantee that the request will be granted. In most cases it requires further consultation.
Will I still get a certificate if I do a tailor made course?
No
Is there an age limit?
No. You must be a legal adult or have consent from a parent or guardian.
Where are your online orientations held?
Our online classes are most often held via Google Meet.
Can I apply for hybrid classes?
No. Special delivery methods are at the discretion of the course facilitator.
Will I know who my facilitator is before the classes start?
Your facilitator will get in touch with you via email, mobile or WhatsApp before classes begin.
Do I pay for both the course and the registration at the same time?
For your registration to be processed, you must pay the full registration fee at K150=00. Once your registration is processed you will be contacted by a sales person providing you with an invoice and instructions on paying for the full course.
